about me.

my name is morgan hill. i am a laboratory scientist by trade and a pilates instructor by passion. my love for pilates is an extension of my purpose to help marginalized communities, specifically bipoc, have autonomy over their bodies. my background has allowed me to conceptualize classical pilates from the inside out and serve as a conduit of wellness. i believe that by facilitating movement and helping folks understand their bodies on both a macroscopic and microscopic level, we can cultivate wholeness in self and community. come heal with the collective.

classical pilates sessions, or mixed apparatus, utilize various combinations of the mat, reformer, cadillac, low chair, high chair, ladder barrel and various props. our beginner's sessions will build on fundamentals and is geared towards clients new to classical pilates. intermediate sessions are for clients who are not new to pilates and want to move at a faster pace. duets are perfect for besties or partners who want to book together. private one on one sessions are ideal for clients wanting more hands on and personalized instruction.
