about me.

my name is morgan hill. i am a laboratory scientist by trade and a pilates instructor by passion. my love for pilates is an extension of my purpose to help marginalized communities, specifically bipoc, have autonomy over their bodies. my background has allowed me to conceptualize classical pilates from the inside out and serve as a conduit of wellness. i believe that by facilitating movement and helping folks understand their bodies on both a macroscopic and microscopic level, we can cultivate wholeness in self and community. come heal with the collective.

classical pilates sessions, or mixed apparatus, utilize various combinations of the mat, reformer, cadillac, low chair, high chair, ladder barrel and various props. our beginner's intro to pilates series will build on fundamentals over the span of five weeks and is geared towards clients new to classical pilates. it's ideal for clients who would like to come regularly to progress their comfortability + practice. additionally, our mat pilates pop-up events will be offered every six weeks.
